For a little while we had English and Portuguese as languages on our website. However we noticed that we could not maintain an English and Portuguese website at the same time. It was costing us too much time, and we often forgot to update one of the translations. That caused issues for us and our customers. As we want to make sure international gamers can easily buy through us as well, we decided to only use English on our webshop.
Yes! We’re a Portuguese store. We use English on our webshop to make it easy for international customers to buy with us. However, you can contact us in Portuguese.
We’re based in Viseu, Portugal. Thus you’re order will be shipped from Portugal and should be delivered to you between 1-3 workdays (for Portugal). Internationally (or Azores/Madeira) it will usually take 5-10 workdays.
Items that are not in stock (backorder) will usually take between 1-3 weeks before they arrive at our store, after which we will ship it as soon as possible. Sometimes our suppliers don’t have the item in stock either, in which case it will take longer to arrive.
In case you see an item on backorder, out of stock (or not even listed on our website) you may always contact us before ordering. We can then give you a more accurate estimate on the arrival time.
Items that are pre-ordered have an estimated release date. However the supply chain isn’t always fully predictable. Thus we may receive the item later than this release date, or in lower quantities than expected. We’ll contact you in case there’s a significant delay, or in the event that we have to adjust/cancel the pre-order due to supply issues.
The search functionality only searches by name of the product. If you cannot find what you’re looking for, try filtering by category (right hand side on the shop page, or at the bottom of this page).
We have a LOT of products that we can order from our suppliers. Not all of those will be on our website. In case you have any requests, feel free to contact us and we will check if we can order the product for you.
Usually, orders arrive in our store within 1-2 weeks (if in stock with supplier).
GG-Points are our customer royalty program. The more you buy with us, the more discounts you can get.

Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe. You will be presented with the shipping cost during checkout when you select the EU country.
For countries that cannot be selected during checkout we may still accept orders, but you need to Contact us. Preferably with a list of products you’d like to order and the destination country. We can then provide you with a custom shipping estimate. We can then manually create your order.
Shipping outside of the EEA zone (export out of Europe, including the UK and Switzerland) are only accepted on case-by-case basis. In these cases custom/vat/import fees are always the responsibility of the customer.
The free shipping threshold only applies to Portugal (Mainland). Outside Portugal (Mainland) each destination has a custom shipping fee which will be displayed during checkout.
