Online (TSS) Blitz Armory (Casual) Wednesday

We are organizing an online Flesh and Blood Armory event through Table Top Simulator. On Wednesday the 14th of March starting at 8.30pm (Lisbon / London time). European players only.

This will be a casual event. Meaning, there will not be any rewards for finishing 1st, 2nd, etc. Instead, we will randomly reward players (see below). A FAB player account is required so that we can keep track of Wins/Ties/Losses, even though it won’t affect your event reward. 🙂

We’re structuring the event this way to ensure everyone can participate, no matter the skill level – and still have a chance of winning something. This also allows players to try decks that are outside of the current meta. You may of-course still flex and be proud if you manage to finish 1st The main objective is simply to have fun and enjoy playing some games, and hopefully learn some new tricks from your opponents.

New players are welcome! The only requirement is that you know the rules of how to play and know how to use Table Top Simulator (see video linked below). Furthermore, it’s preferable if you have played a couple of games already with your friends so you know how to use your deck. This way, you can finish the match in the maximum time of 35 minutes.

—— Cost ——-
The event is FREE, however shipping cost needs to be paid for any rewards won. Ofcourse, we would appreciate it if you would support us. Thus ordering some (FAB) products through our webshop would be appreciated.

—— Structure ——-
Blitz, so a 40-card deck + 11 equipment + 1 your hero (with max 2 copies of each unique card type). You should create your decks on https://fabdb.net/ or https://thepitchzone.com/ and then you can import them into TSS (Tutorial video below explains how). Since this is a casual play, switching decks between rounds is allowed if you want to try them out. However, they must always meet the Blitz rules. No decklists needed.

We play 4 rounds (trying to keep it to ~2.5 hours maximum). Each round will last maximum 35 minutes (best of 1), plus 5 minutes extra time between matches. Then we switch to a different opponent. Match results need to be submitted after each round.

Schedule:
8.20pm – Hangout in discord
8.30pm – Head-count and quick intro
8.40pm – Start of first round (anyone not online by this time, will be dropped)
9.20pm – Start of 2nd round
10.00pm – Start of 3rd round
10.40pm – Random reward draw
10.45pm – Start of 4rd round (It’s possible to leave as soon as your game finishes, of-course don’t forget to submit scores).

Maximum of 24 players.

You’ll be required to use voice chat through Discord and join our server during the tournament. You may speak any language during your matches, but the organization will be done in English.

Note: Players cannot win multiple rewards.

As mentioned before, shipping cost need to be paid to receive any promo card. This cost depends on your country and preferred shipping method. You may combine this shipping cost with an order from our webshop, or keep the reward“reserved” and send it another time (with another event, or with a future webshop order).

—— Eligibility ——
Everyone in the EU can join. It will be organized in English, but individual matches may be in any language. Since we’re a Portuguese LGS, Portuguese players have priority in joining the event in case we are full.

We intent this event to be for any player level. There is a zero tolerance on negative behavior, and you will be removed from the event immediately if you insult or are rude to other players. Also, we ask you to be respectful to newer players and instead of “punishing” them for mistakes, give them tips and allow them to fix their mistakes.

We’re organizing this event because we want to offer an opportunity for players to play FAB whilst the store is still closed. We’re still new at organizing online events, thus whilst we will do our best to organize a fun evening we may need to ask for your understanding when things don’t fully go as planned!
