Flesh and Blood Monarch Skirmish

We’re organizing a Flesh and Blood Skirmish on May the 30th. Registration opens at 2.30pm. Start at 3pm. We will play in our store in Viseu.

The format of the Skirmish is sealed, that means every player receives 6 packs of Flesh and Blood Monarch (1st edition). With those 6 packs, you need to build a deck. Then, we will play 4 rounds (Young hero’s, minimum 30 card decks). After 4 rounds, the top 8 will do an additional draft. That means, the top 8 players will open up 3 more packs of Monarch first edition, make a new deck with their drafted cards and play single-elimination rounds.

You can fight for some amazing rewards, the rewards are as follows:

2x Command and Conquer Playmats (First place gets one, and the other is randomly awarded)
8x Cold Foil Monarch Young Hero cards (Top 8 players get one)
12 x Rainbow Foil Extended Art – Blasmophet, the Soul Harvester (Everyone gets this, OR the other Ursur Rainbow Foil)
12 x Rainbow Foil Extended Art – Ursur, the Soul Reaper (Everyone gets this, OR the other Blasmophet Rainbow Foil)

Overview:
Location: GG Lounge, Viseu (Portugal)
Date & Time: Registration from 2.30pm. Start at 3pm, Sunday May 30th.
Price: €30 (Pays for 6 Monarch first edition boosters, and 3 extra packs if you reach the top 4 or 8) – You will pay in-store.
Format: Sealed (6 packs), plus top-4 or top-8 draft (3 packs)
Rounds: 4 rounds, of around 40 minutes each.
Top 4 or 8: After 4 rounds, an additional draft is done with the top-4 or top-8 only. Those players play single-elimination after drafting. If we’re more than 16 players, we will do a top-8 draft. If we’re less than 16 players, we do a top-4 draft.
Duration: Approximately 4 hours, plus another +/- 2 hours for the top-8 draft. Total duration about 6 hours if you end up in the top 4 or 8.
Players: We can accept up to 24 players.
XP: Every win gives you 6 XP, as this is a Skirmish.

Dinner can be arranged with the dinner that’s located next-doors.

Everyone is welcome! Newer, as well as expierenced players. All we ask is that you know the basic rules and have played a couple of games. To ensure the Skirmish runs smoothly, we cannot explain the game during the Skirmish. Thus, if you need to learn the game you should come earlier or some days before so we can teach you how to play.
