Vantage is a cooperative adventure game for 1 to 6 players set on a vast alien planet. Players start as crew members on an intergalactic vessel that crashes, scattering the group. Each player explores independently but can communicate and assist each other as they uncover nearly eight hundred interconnected locations and hundreds more cards representing events, items and mysteries.
At each location, players can take actions such as moving, examining, engaging or helping. Success is influenced by dice rolls, which add tension and meaningful choices while ensuring progress. The cost of failure can affect health, morale or time, making strategy and planning essential.
Each session of Vantage is self-contained. Players can complete missions, pursue destinies or define their own objectives. The game emphasizes exploration, discovery and storytelling, offering unique experiences every time it is played.
