Flesh and Blood Monarch Release Draft

Flesh and Blood Monarch officially gets released on the 7th of May. To celebrate we will be hosting an in-store release event. The format for this will be sealed draft.

If you’re familiar with drafts in other TCG’s (like MTG) you will know how the format works. If not, there’s an excellent article on the Flesh and Blood website: https://fabtcg.com/resources/gameplay-formats/booster-draft/

After drafting, players create a 30-card minimum deck. Then we play 4 rounds (best of 1, young hero’s so 20 health). The top-players at the end of the day will receive rewards.

All boosters used during this event will be Flesh and Blood Monarch 1st edition. It’s not allowed to bring any cards from outside the event, strictly only cards gained through draft can be used (except for tokens). All (45) cards drafted are yours to keep.

After the draft finishes we will have a limited amount of Monarch First Edition Booster Boxes for sale. Players that join our pre-release and this draft have priority with buying the available boxes in-store. Due to high demand we do not guarantee any boxes to anyone, and it’s limited to 1 box per person. Prices of the boxes will depend on the market value at release.

We are using the new Prism Armory Event Kit for this draft. That means some rewards from that kit can be won.

Format: Draft (3 Monarch First Edition boosters)
Structure: 3 rounds (best of 1, young hero’s) – In case of an equal amount of wins the top 2 does an extra round for 1st place.
Duration: Draft + Deckbuilding +/- 1.5 hour. Each round about 40 minutes. Total 4 to 5 hours.
Cost: 20 euro
Players: 6 to 8 (due to space limits to ensure social distancing)
Reward: 1st – Cold Foil – Iris of Reality. 2nd – 2 Monarch 1st edition boosters – 3rd Monarch 1st edition booster.
Every player will receive a Phantasmify Rainbow Foil promo and 500 GG Points (equal to 5 euro) on their webshop account.
